logoThe First Symposium on Health Research Systems offers many opportunities to meet and network with other participants. The Marketplace is one such opportunity, which lasts throughout the meeting.

There are stalls for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations at the Marketplace. No commercial goods or services may be sold in the Marketplace or the Symposium venue, but educational materials are allowed.
All requests are approved by the Symposium Secretariat for suitability to the programme and to the objectives and mandate of the Symposium.

Conditions

The person responsible for the stall must be a registered Symposium participant

Items for sale are allowed in the marketplace, but limited to educational products for not-for-profit purposes, to be approved by the secretariat 1 month before the event.

At least one person (registered) is expected to be present at the stall at all times during the event.

Reservations and logistics

A market stall can be rented for the duration of the Symposium

The stall is 4 square meters (2mx2m) and consists of a table and chairs, click here for a photo and description.

All tables (for booths and take-away tables) have grey marbled tops. Tablecloths cannot be provided, but you can bring your own.

Set up will be done on Monday, 15 November, between 10am and 6pm. Dismantling will take place on 19 November as of 2pm and must be completed by 6pm.

You will be assigned an area for your stall. Please respect the space allocated.

If you are shipping materials to Switzerland we recommend that you go through the following customs clearing company www.sev-port-franc.ch.

The First Global Symposium declines all responsibility for customs and shipping costs.

Publishing of Marketplace information

The names of all organizations and institutions with Marketplace stalls will be published in the official Programme and on the symposium website.
