Reservations

Reservations are made through the Montreux-Vevey tourism office via their online booking or by completing and returning the attached form to them by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by fax + 41 21 962 8477 by 30 September 2010.

After this date, requests for hotel bookings will be accepted but not guaranteed. Moreover, you will be charged an extra fee of CHF 25.- for each reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations at Five and Four star hotels listed above:
After 1 October 2010 hotel bookings are considered as definitive and cancelling without penalty is no longer possible. If you cancel part or all of your booking, or in case of no-show, the forfeiture amount will be 100%, unless the room can be resold within 5 working days. Cancellations done prior to 1 October 2010 result in no forfeiture charge*

For reservations at Three and Two star hotels listed above:
Modification or cancellation made up to 72 hours before arrival result in no forfeiture charge*. In case of no-show or cancellation within 72 hours, the first night stay will be charged by the hotel.

*You will be charged a CHF 25.- administrative fee by Montreux-Vevey Tourism for each modification and/or cancellation.
